Parkdale35 is found at the junction of 7 ave and 35 st NW, a quiet and parking controlled street tucked away at the base of the Foothills hospital. This is a great location for access to downtown via the river pathway and the westbound highways while avoiding the congestion of major routes. An interesting new neighbour is found across the lane, a park and community garden, and the Karl Baker offleash park. This is one of NW Calgary’s best locations to own a home.
These wonderful homes were sold to great clients in 2020 in the SW neighbourhood of Killarney. We are going to be building similar units again, with a few subtle tweaks to the design. I’d like to refine the great elements found in version 1.0 and see what we can do to make them even better! Liveability, right sized rooms, custom touches and flexible spaces is our mission for our first Parkdale build.
