Located at the junction of 19 Ave and 33 St, this project reflects my aspiration to evolve the transition zone between low density 'middle' Killarney and the commercial mainstreet of 17 avenue SW. I plan to energize and rejuvenate this long neglected corner by connecting new residents to accessible, urban, affordable leased-living in a fantastic low rise Killarney location. With its nearby focal point at the Westbrook LRT Station planned for redevelopment into a major population centre, and the 17 avenue mainstreet program approved by the City, this is an exceptional time to launch 3killarney. The project is conceived with durable finishes that are proven to be hardened against the frost, UV, hail, and whatever else the rockies throw at Calgary every summer. We are still choosing the colours and textures, but except to see a whole lot of metal and glass.
There are many possible uses here, home office, studio, extended family assistance, even income to offset living cost. In slab heat makes these super comfy in winter.
We found a way to provide exceptionally wide units making each room spacious, often larger than what would be seen in a semi-d.
